Good question! We are taking the pandemic seriously to ensure the wellbeing of our team, our community, and our customers. Tejòn Moto is located in a small town that doesn't have a hospital so we are working from home and observing strict social distancing and mask-wearing guidelines.
Our tees are cut and sewn by a stalwart team paid living wages. Each piece is hand-cut on a cutting table from a paper pattern using traditional pattern, cutting and sewing methods. They are silk-screened by hand near the Jungmaven production facility to reduce the environmental impact of multi-location shipping.
Machine wash with like colors, cold, tumble dry low heat.
Do not use bleach or other cleaners like oxi-clean.
Do not wash hemp textiles with towels or garments with zippers or velcro. This will cause abrasion and pilling, and zippers can snag the fabric.
Please refrain from using product with enzymes.
SOFTENING:
Hemp gets softer with use and after each wash, but if you feel the need for additional softener a commercial softener may be used. We suggest finding environmentally friendly and chemical-free options. An alternative way to soften hemp is wash in hot water followed by a tumble dry, and repeat two or three times.
IRONING:
Use a hot iron while the hemp is still slightly damp after washing. Stretch the damp piece to its natural size and shape before ironing. Iron the 'wrong' (underside) first, to preserve the texture of the fabric.

We will always do our best to meet these delivery schedules but situations like busy periods, bad weather cycles, or the pandemic may cause some delays.
If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, you can expect it to be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.
Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, first check the status by clicking the tracking number in your confirmation email. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at orders@tejonmoto.com.

As an extension of our standard 30-day return policy, orders placed from November 15 - January 1 will have 60 days to process a return. To place a return, email tejonmoto.com and we'll reply with return instructions. If you are returning a gift, make sure to include the order number or email address of the person who purchased the order.
If you were gifted some Tejón but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your items for store credit. Please reach out to tejonmoto.com with the gifter's first and last name, email address, and the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange (we promise the gifter won’t be notified of any changes). Once locating the original order, we'll take it from there!
